you want to disable counter? if so, you have to modify category tree branch.tpl file - remove counter variable there

you can use it with another theme, module use the same css styles as default theme, so if you customized css of default theme - it will work too.

2 questions I need help with, Vekia:

 

1) i want to disable the counters and did not find the branch.tpl or the line i need to delete in order to do so
2) i want it to be disabled in home page

I get a blank white page too!

I'm using PrestaShop™ 1.5.3.1

 

I dragged the folder into my modules folder. Disabled the regular prestashop block categories module and installed this new one in place of it... but just a blank white page appears on my website.

i have 2 subcategories under `Apparels`. In Apparels i dont have any products but in sub categories i have 2 products in each sub category. So the main Category has 4 products right. But it is showing 0 in the counter.

 

Give me your suggestions to fix this problem please

I have an issue with this module, can you please help me to solve it?

 

The thing is that when you have subcategories it doesn't count them and only display 0 all the time.

It works fine only for categories that they have products though.

Vekia, I want to ask if it was possible to make a change "aesthetics" to your module. At the time when you explode a category, the title of the main one could be capitalized and / or bold? In this way we differentiate the princpale category and its subcategories.

I have the version 1.6.0.8, but I think there would be no problems, since the modules of 1.5 are compatible with the 1.6.

How to fix the problem of empty parent category?? 

 

Category A  (0)

       Subcategory A1 (5)

       Subcategory A2 (6)

 

Or should to assign all the products inside Subcategory A1 and Subcategory A2 to the parent Category A ?

I have installed this module, works fantastic, just removed it from the homepage view to allow for a wider slider in the theme settings.

I very much like this module and it works with version 1.6.1.0 ( newest version )but I would like to know if you have found a solution to not having a count in the top category  if it has sub categories. The top category will always say 0 because it doesn't have products just sub categories or if I have top category ( remove counter), subcategory(remove counter) with subcategories ( have counters)

default-bootstrap version 1.0

Prestashop 1.6.1.1.

What do I wrong. I downloaded the file and installed it.

It doesn't show in my categories on the left side.

As for the 0 at main category, I guess in product association page you can try to associate it with the main category as well other than its sub?

 

I would like to know if the product counter is cached? Don't want to it to run everytime user goes to a new page.
