Use one page checkout ,5 step checkout is pretty old and i don't order anything from online sites if they are too complicated. activate friendly url. I can't c how to get the footer less long and with less links. I'm looking into the theme / template, I don't know if it's the same thing xD. Also not sure if it will mess up the site.
