SpankyAndy Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 Hi, Does anybody know of a module or script that I can run via cron job, that will allow Prestashop to automatically send out an email to the customer, X number of days after their order has been placed/despatched? I'm wanting this to send out an automatic feedback request, 5 days after the order has been despatched, but don't want to have to be doing this manually every day. Any help is much appreciated.
