Add another fields to forum

Many users post their issues and these posts are often like this (overacting):

 

   I have a blank page, help me.

 

I suggest to add several fields to the post page in forum for better understanding of the issue. Examples can be:

 

- PrestaShop version

- How repeat the issue

- Modules installed

- Important settings

 

This solution should reduce user's frustration and stop wasting the time both sides. What do you think?

it's a wonderful idea, but I'm not sure how it would be implemented and then the OP would need to actually do it.

 

There is really no way to ask for a 'feature' request in the forum like one can in forge.

Aha, enter me ... IPB guy!  yes, there is a 3rd party mod that Prestashop can buy for the forum (the person who is helping me with development work wrote it and she is the best!)

 

The mod is called Topic Template System:
