Make images same size

Hello

I regenerated imges but they are all different sizes.

Is there an option like on v149 I think which regenerated images to the same size

 

Look here at the page where the images are different sizes.

 

I have tried regenerating by height. No better, nothing seems to change even after a CTRL F5 on the browser to refresh from source.

Hello,

for what type of image have you tried to change size in Preferences > Images? By the present link thumbnails' pictures use "large default" type.

I regenerated thumbnails restricting products just to large default 

 

The category thumbnail is now huge

 

I was wondering if its a theme thing but perhaps not

you use different image type for categories:

OK well I made category default 300 x 300 and regenerated. No change as far as I can see

If you open your images in new window for ex.

as Maria said, there is a little picture in the middle. It's because your original picture was small. 

There is no possibility to "enlarge" pictures (if so - it will be unreadable! with very bad quality)

 

if you want to have good quality pictures, you have to upload always big pictures (not so small like in example).

However on the category image if this means I'm using category default, and the image is 300 x 300 as I set it to be, why does it look so huge and why does it say 500 x 150 below?

you should change height and width attributes in category template file.

I changed the setting in category.tpl from 500 x 150 to 200 x 150 and that reduced the height

Just realised though that my category images should be different from products

How do I make the category image in category default 500 x 150 and the same image work as 80 x 80
