Teapot Creative Posted September 4, 2013 Share Posted September 4, 2013 Hi Does anyone know the steps files etc to action/follow in order to add the "Product ID" to the search index. We basically want to search for products (via the front end) by the "product ID". Seems silly that you can display this (product ID) to the customer on the product details page, but they cannot search for it if they take a note of it and come back to the store.. seems an obvious search option to us..??? George Bazz Posted June 23, 2019 Share Posted June 23, 2019 (edited) Hey @Teapot Creative and @zgredek, I had the same issue for several of my clients so I ended up making a relevant module. It gives you the possibility to add the product ID in the product page and it also creates a ID specific search bar for admins in order to quickly navigate through products.
