[PS 1.5.4.0] Add a text field for each selected combination of a product

I'm using the "Attributegrid" module (link: http://www.presto-changeo.com/es/attribute-modules/27-attribute-grid.html) that allows you to select more than a combination to add to cart.

 

I added a text field to let specify the user some kind of note for each one combination, my problem is at the time to save and add to cart this customized field only is attached to the first combination of the product nor for all the selected.

 

I want to attach this customized field to all selected combinations of the product, does anyone know how to do?
