Export Orders as they are processed

Hi, I need to be able to export orders as they are processed online by Worldpay, by creating a csv or xml file for each order with lines for each product. The column headers also need to be specific and not related to the actual titles in the Prestashop DB. I'm struggling to find anything that can do this so far. Basically when an order gets processed online a file is generated for each order and sent to a certain location; this might need to be by FTP not sure at this stage. Each order creates a new file. Headers need to be specific to my needs and also need to add a number of other fields and values specific to the 3rd party program that will pick these files up and process them.
