Only in IE 8 and 10 Template border not showing and check out page messed up. HELP !

I don't know whats wrong ,with crome,firefox,opera and safari everything works but with internet explorer errors showing up.

 

 

Border not showing in internet explorer and check out page collapse because of that (i think) Need to add product to cart and click checkout button to re create the error in internet explorer.

 

I did everything i know ,set css to original > cleared smarty cache and img cache > flushed my DNS > used another computer > changed my theme global css template width to higher value > set Border wrap value to 1 > Turned on internet explorer compatibility mode.

 

but still i get the error in internet explorer 8 and 10 (9 ok) no border is not a big problem but checkout page not working because of this .

 

prestashop version 1.5.4.1 , My theme corporate pro .

 

Strange why only internet explorer showing these errors ,i have 1.4.2.5 shop and working with old and new IE without problems.
