SOS big problem all the time

Hello.i have a problem.when i intall a new prestashop and everything is ok when i change the language at greek and try to create a new product when i click save it say 400 bad request.Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can you help what to do?

Check with your host if they turned on mod_security by any chance. If so, ask them to turn it OFF (Explain you run an e-commerce shop).

so i suppose that you aren't on the prestabox saas service. someone moved your thread to the correct forum section, it will be more visible now

evri, did you check already if mod_security is OFF??

Yes i chack it was off. after some hours they fix it the hosting company.now they try to fix this when try to translate installed modules.

Warning: Your hosting provider is using the suhosin patch for PHP, which limits the maximum number of fields allowed in a form: 1000 for suhosin.post.max_vars.

1400 for suhosin.request.max_vars.

Please ask your hosting provider to increase the suhosin limit to 1341 at least or edit the translation file manually.
