Can I get anyone to help me out and edit my "contactcontroller.php" file?...

Hi all...

 

I am using a prestashop 1.5...

 

I added a new "name" field in my contact form, and I think my "contactcontroller.php" file needs to be changed now, so that this info appears in the message received (even though the field is there, the information is not coming through).

 

I'm not sure I would know what to change in the "contactcontroller.php" file, but even if I did, I can't seem to do it locally on my editor - I use Dreamweaver - as it says something like ""This page may have dynamically-related files that can only be discovered by the server".

 

...would anyone be kind enough to change my "contactcontroller.php" file, so that the new field "name" comes through, in the messages received?

 

The prestashop is at: http://qip.pt/index.php . I can send you the file, or give you ftp access for you to change it...

 

I also have one aditional question, regarding the email, this contact form is suppose to generate: even though the form is going through (without the new field info), I am not receiving any email with that info, I only receive a message on the backoffice message system. I do have the email configured correctly in:

- preferences » store contacts

- advanced parameters » email

- customers » contacts

 

...so why am I not receiving an email when a contact form is submited?...
