Smarty variables not available in an HelperOption overriding file

Mind And Go

Recommended Posts

Hy,

I would like to override the options.tpl of HelperOptions for my Module.

I've correctly set the file in the right position and it is correctly recognized.

Unfortunately, variables like {$modules_dir} or stuff like that are not recognized in the options.tpl file.

I use the {debug} in 2 places for testing.

In the file that override (mine) it is obvious that the variables are not recognised.

In the header.tpl of the default admin template the variables are correctly set.

I also tried to use the {extends} part of smarty without no more success.

Is there anything to specify in the module so that variable will be passed?

Should I override another part of the template?

As it seems a bug for me, I also report this : http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-9868

Thanks
