Can you assign categories to customer groups in bulk rather than individually?

Hi

I did a bulk CSV upload of categories and for some reason it didn't assign most of my second level categories to a group so when you try to access the site from the front office it says "there is 1 error you do not have access to this category'.

I've worked out that I could change them all individually, but as there are rather a lot I would like to know if there is any way of doing this in bulk? say via the CSV file?
