Search by product reference not working!

Hello!

 

When i try to search one of my reference number it doesnt work.

It only works with letters. example:

ABCDE - working

123456 - not working

ABC123 - working

 

Any idea how to fix this?

 

I use this theme: http://www.leotheme....leo-market.html

Prestashop 1.5.4.1

 

website: www (dot) skylt dockor (dot) biz - (remove space and replace '(dot)' with . )

You try with re-indexation on "Preferences->Search"? Or re-build index?

Yes i have done it, updated thread after testing more times, try yourself on website!

well, i've noticed that when i tried to search, for example, product with reference: "AACAAB-61111"

the autocomplete shows it well:

 

as you said, in search results (serps) there is no product.

 

 

can you, for test purposes, turn on "instant" search ?

Yes i know, but seems if you only search with numbers there is no results..

Have turned it on now, don't see any differents.

Does anyone got any idea? Is it maybe coding only allowing characters and not numbers?

I have the same problem. Search on EAN or reference fails almost always
