Prodotti: non posso aggiungere nuovi nè modificare

Premetto che ho inserito circa 250 prodotti e tutto ha funzionato bene. Prestashop 1.5.4.1

Da qualche giorno, però, quando provo ad inserire un nuovo prodotto, si apre la schermata ma non sono visibili i campi di inserimento, solo i comandi in alto a dx (salva, torna indietro....) e la pagina è bianca!!!!

Lo stesso succede anche se provo ad aprire un prodotto già inserito per modificarlo!

Aggiungo che capita su diversi pc. Ho anche provato a cancellare cookie e cache del browser, nonchè ad utilizzarne diversi (chrome, iexplorer e firefox), ma sempre stesso risultato

Nessuno ha idea di come poter risolvere?

ehi anche io ho lo stesso problema......... il tasto "salva" non funziona. gli altri sì. Nella lista dei prodotti, tutte le quantità risultano "--", quando invece io, le avevo impostate tutte a 10. Tutto questo crash, praticamente dalla sera alla mattina.

 

Io ho inizialmente dato la colpa al cliente, in quanto il problema si è verificato dopo che gli ho insegnato ad inserire nuovi prodotti dal BackOffice...... Tu hai risolto? se sì, come?

IO stamattina presa dallo sconforto ho ripristinato il db di una settimana fa, quando tutto era perfetto. ma non è cambiato nulla, a parte le quantità...... non so dire se sono più demoralizzata e sconfortata dall'idea di ricominciare tutto daccapo o sono inca[spam-filter]ata....

Premettendo che uso la 1.4.10 e quindi posso solo fare ipotesi....o e' un bug o e' un problema hosting, cioe' di configurazione...

il mio problema derivava dal fatto che ho lavorato, in fase di allestimento negozio, in una sottocartella e, una volta messo a punto tutto, ho voluto "migrare" dalla subdirectory alla root principale. in realtà non ho migrato un bel niente ma ho messo l'htaccess in root, tentando di far riscrivere gli url senza la subdirectory (non so se mi sono spiegata) e qui sono nati i problemi, perché il FrontOffice funzionava perfettamente, ma il BackOffice affatto. Infatti tutte le funzioni del BackOffice funzionano con il javascript e con l'htaccess in questo modo, non venivano puntati gli script.

 

io, alla fine, ho risolto così come scritto in questo topic del forum in lingua inglese:

 

1. ho scritto l'htaccess in questo modo e l'ho messo nella root:

2. ho impostato nel BackOffice in Preferenze -> URL E SEO -> IMPOSTA L'URL DEL TUO NEGOZIO -> URL principale :"/"

 

3. da ftp ho modificato il file File: classes/Media.php, in corrispondenza dei Metodi getCSSPath e getJSPath, commentando le seguenti righe di codice:
