How to add "Request Invoice" in checkout!

I want to add a "request invoice" checkbox in the quick checkout page.

A costumer could request an invoice only if:

1. he has a Fiscal Code or Vat Number on one of his addresses.

2. Cart total is over a configured amount.

 

When they tick in the "request invoice" box they should ofcourse get invoice sent automaticly by email.

 

How can i do this?

Do i need a new email templete specified like "Requested invoice in checkout" or?

it's a shame that none has never answer to this in 5 years.

unfortunately I don't know the answer, but I'm study to achieve the same behavior.

if I'll find a solution, I'll let you know.
