Add a note above Category

I want to add a note above Category in Prestashop

 

Let me put in simple word: I want a add a short description above each category at my website.

Please note that Short description would be different for different category.

 

i want to provide a short note about each category sperately that what is this particular category mean.

 

Fro example: i want to add a note in my free category that this is free category for my website and then different note to different category.

 

Probelm: How can i add a simple note to each category???
