beenym Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 I am looking to alter "Order Confirmation" emails to remove the Payment field (under Order Details) and to remove the "Voucher Name" and "Discounts" fields. I would also like to stop the "Payment Processed" email being sent. Can anyone tell me, in nice easy steps, how I can do this. Many thanks! Piotr Kaczor Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Hello To modifying e-mail template go to Localization -> Translations -> Modify translations -> Email templates translations chose Your template and click language flag. Open core e-mails and find order_conf e-mail template, there You can modify it. To turn off specific e-mail sending go to Orders -> Statuses edit status and un-check Send an email to the customer when his/her order status has changed.
