How to force people to use mobile theme on mobile and tablet

Hi all on the prestashop forum,

 

Is is possible or how can I set a force to always display the mobile theme instead of the actual website?

 

Also is there way for people already been on the site with their phones and tablet to clear history, etc. so that instead of the full site only mobile theme is on for them?

To the Admin this is solved by going to the Backend and going into the theme section and enabling for mobile and for tablet.
