Simple htaccess redirect for categories and a product for hiding ID in url

Hi,

I have a store with only 2 categories with a few products and I would like to have the categories urls without the ID. Can I have this done with a few htaccess rewrite rules? (I won't be adding categories, so I don't want to make tons of changes in classes and controllers for having this done).

 

I also have on product that I want to have a more friendly url. There's a way to convert something like /category/13-product-name in /product-name?
