[SOLVED] Refund Question

Hi,

a client of mine mistakenly bought an old version theme (1.4).

Since we like to start with the latest version of prestashop 1.5.4.1 and that theme would requires a lot of work to fix, we thought of asking for a refund.

 

It turned out to be quite difficult if even possible.

The only answer so far was to use a non existent refund tab from the order history. We did not get any answer after asking where to find that option.

 

Does someone have any experience on the issue or any suggestion to give?
