vekia
what kind of payment modules you use? Maybe it is a payment module error. ANyway, have you got an access to the apache / php error log? It will be really helpfull in this case
benjamin utterback
The error occurs when you click on "next" after you go to checkout and select carrier. The associated link, I think, is http://funkylabels.co.za/index.php?controller=order&step=1 Not sure if that helps too much. Make sure to follow vekia's advice and get the server error log! EjazLatib
How can Prestashop release a product that by default has errors?
vekia
hello, error that you pasted isn't related to your issue. Maybe some other error codes appear in this file? I think that the problem is somewhere else, for example - in one of the modules related to the order (payment / delivery)
EjazLatib
It cant be that If I login first then make an order then everything works out fine. However if I am not logged in and proceed with placing an order then I am getting the error. I tried it on another server with a brand new installation and I am getting the exact same error.
vekia
hey, can you try to disable non-default modules that you use? And then try again?
