Insert 3 lines of text in header?

I'm a newbie and I use ver. 1.54.

 

Would someone please tell me how to add 3 lines of text in the header exactly like this:

you can add this text manually by editing template files located in your theme / your _ theme / header.tpl file

 

You can also edit module tpl files to handle this text there. Moreover - you can use free html block module to add this text to the "header" / "top" hok
