[solved] Images not showing

Recommended Posts

Well, without link im not sure what exactly going on there. But you should check:

check file name of image file - you've got there probably something like:

presta154b/6-home_default/macbook.jpg

check value of this in your shop, then go to the preferences -> images and search on list image with name that you found in your store

if this image name doesnt appear - you should add it manually and regenerate thumbnails for it

The URLs for the image files it's trying to load are like this: http://www.sport2002.eu/img/p/2/3/23-large.jpg

If you change the end of it to 23.jpg ( http://www.sport2002.eu/img/p/2/3/23.jpg ) you'll see the image works. To fix the problem you'll have to go into the back-office, go to Preferences > Images and remove the '_default' at the end of the image names. I'd recommend duplicating the image names instead of editing directly. Afterwards you might have to regenerate the thumbnails, which you can also do on the Preferences > Images screen.

Thanks,

Joel

Thanks for answer.

Yes, now I know little bit how it works. I deleted _default from my Preferences > Images and it do nothing. BUT! If I click on dat image and find that url (for example: http://www.sport2002.eu/img/p/6/6-home.jpg) and look for in FTP. Sure, here wasn't 6-home.jpg but 6-home_default.jpg so i delete manualy "_default.jpg" and it works!

Now i have question: Should i delete all this "_default" manualy on ftp or someone knows faster way?
