remove steps after checkout

Hi Friends,

 

I have a requirement. I want customer to take to confirm order step directly after he checkout. i.e when he clicks on checkout he has to enter his contact details like email, name and phone number. After this customer should get confirm your oreder selection. As soon as customer confirms his order, merchant will receive order email. Then merchant will call customer on telephone and will ask him to collect his order at his physical shop. So i want to skip addresses, shipping, payment steps. Is it possible?
