Displaying CMS block in custom module

Hi guys,

 

I've created and installed a custom module and everything is working better than expected.

 

However i have a problem at hand. Is there any way i can duplicate or echo or simply displaying the CMS block that can be hooked onto the right / left column onto my custom module?

Forgot to mention, my module is hooked onto DisplayHome and i disabled both left and right column.

you want to display something in left/right column and you disabled them (columns)? I understood it well?
