add TinyMCE to custom textarea

Hi,

I'm developing a module to add a custom text to products to use in the back office.

I would like to be able to use tinymce in that textarea. I've tried the autoload_rte, and kind of works becaus it only loads the tinymce for that textarea, if i save and update the product with my custom tab on.

Can someone help?
