Can I show only an expanded subcategory on left column?

I would really like to change the displayed name of the categories block on the left column from "categories" to "Vinyl Designs."

 

Also I would like this block to only show the subcategories of the vinyl designs category (and have them always expanded) while all other categories are only available across the top horizontal menu.

 

 

Is this possible? (and hopefully easy to do as I have little/no code knowledge)

if you want to change category block header you should go to the localization -> translations and select option to translate modules, and at last click on the flag which you want to translate.

 

 

then you must find "blockcategories" and type new value of translation.
