SeasonalEntertainment Posted April 2, 2013 Share Posted April 2, 2013 I will say, that is not all that common for us to process an order over the phone, however now that we have the ability in version 1.5.3.1 I personally used it today with a customer. Process went fine and ended up using Authorize.net from Presto-Changeo to process the order. I did so through the virtual terminal on the Authorize.net website. After the order was processed in the back office it was showing that the shipping was charged twice, which is not the case. A screenshot is included to show what we are seeing in the back office. devilsown Posted April 2, 2013 Share Posted April 2, 2013 I get that issue no matter what payment or shipping modual i use. I say i get it one out of 100 orders or so. No idea what causes it.
