MikeFortin Posted April 2, 2013 Share Posted April 2, 2013 Hi I'm new on prestashop I was using a other CMS store before. Install was good but I can't add or edit product. Message Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Everiting elses work prefectly like duplicate, delete add categories favicons logo ..... karthiiiiiiiiiik Posted April 3, 2013 Share Posted April 3, 2013 where are you getting the internal server error at the front office or at the back office(admin).. try to say what are you doing are you trying to install prestashop freshly or by manually using ftp , are the error is being in the existing shop itself... karthiiiiiiiiiik Posted April 4, 2013 Share Posted April 4, 2013 hi mike , your are getting the internal server error while adding or edit the product ,go to config/define.inc.php define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); make false to true. you may view the error what it is ..
