theportent Posted March 27, 2013 Share Posted March 27, 2013 I am currently working on setting up a store with Prestashop v1.5.4 and have a few questions I need some help on. Weight. I would like to be able to show the total weight of the items in the cart. Also I need stop the order if the weight goes over a set amount. Payment. As we need to import goods into the UK from Italy we need to wait until the cost of shipping is economical. International shipping is not charged to the customer just the delivery within the UK. Therefore we would like to not take payment until the goods are ready to be shipped? I would like to use one of the payment gateways where payment is taken “offsite” so that I don’t have to comply with all the PCI data security requirements. Can this be done in PrestaShop? I’ve looked through adds-on available and can’t see any that will cover the above. Any help and pointers would be appreciated. Regards, Steve.
