I have a problem with an instalation of Prestashop 1.4.8.2, where the buying process works fine, but it sends the notification emails with empty bodies. The site is using Spanish language, and all the templates are in the folder mails/es and modules/mailalerts/mails/es. I cannot find the controller that is dedicated to send the emails, so I could debug the problem. Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
AleSanchez Posted March 14, 2013 Author Share Posted March 14, 2013 I found the problem was a missing configuration in Preferences -> E-Mail. The option "Send e-mail as" was not selected in any option. I've chosen "Both" and it worked. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
