[SOLVED] No modules in header of pages

I'm working locally on a new design and just found out that none of my modules are being displayed in the header of pages. In BO there are a lot of modules set to header hook, also in the source code I can see the modules, but they are all "invisible". The css is not hiding them either.

 

Do you have any idea what could have caused this and how I can solve this?

Sorry, I can't see the modules in the source code. When I add the cart module to header of pages, it says it was successfull but it doesn't appear on the page neither in the source code. Any clue?

its because module havent got function in code, which will allow module to appear there

It was there from the beginning but i deleted it from that hook and put it in the right column. Now I want to change it back so the cart module appears in the header instead of right column

It is the default theme in a fresh install. After some modifications (no core changes, only css) it was gone

I think you are mixing 2 things, header hook holds css and js files, but hook you need is top hook.

It displays modules in header. You can check header.tpl.

 

Try to reset/reinstall module that is causing trouble.
