How To Configure This Simple Discount Rule?

On this shop I need to set up a simple discount rule, which is as follows

 

We have several products and the rule is for 2 specific products

 

If the customer buys one of the two he gets 30%off (this product)

if the customer buy the two products he gets 50% (these products)

this rule must not be applied with another rule (applied to all registered customers)

 

any hints? I need to set this up as quickly as possible
