Duplicate User - What Should I Do?

Hi everybody,


Today a customer told me that he has problems to log into our website. When he tries to log with its mail and password it has a message wich says "operation aborted".


I tried to log with his mail and password and it worked fine for me... I check the users info and I realized that the user has registered twice with the same mail account :wacko: So it means that there are 2 different users with same mail.


I think that could be the login problem, however when trying to delete the "bad account" at backoffice, prestashop shows me two options:


- Delete all user data and allow him to register again with the same mail

- Delete all user data and don't allow again to register with the same mail


If I choose the first option, will the "good account" be affected? he has made an order with the "good account" so I wouldn't like to loose it.


Is there a better way to fix that problem?
