Selling Price In Shopping Cart Development Modification?

As we wish to use the shopping cart not to sell product but to actually buy products from people offering a Buying Price and Trade in Price is it possible to show 2 prices.

 

So that when a product is added to the shopping cart it shows Buying Price and next to it Trade in Price.

 

And running total of Buying Price and Trade in Price at the bottom of the cart,

Is this an easy modification as we need to be able to allow people to add to shopping cart and when they check out the list of product they have in there cart is what they are selling to us, or trading in,
