Solved: "other Payment Methods" Button Won't Go Away

I solved this problem once and now it's back.

 

PrestaShop 1.4.9.0, live, working fine. I only have one payment module, USAEpay. Months ago when I set up the shop, I edited the validation.tpl file in the module to remove the "Other payment methods" button from the last step of payment where credit card info is entered. Button gone.

 

This morning I had to add a country to the payment module and did that through the cart admin.

 

Now button is back.

 

I have looked at the useepay module validation.tpl on the server and it is the same, with the the payment methods button commented out. I set the shop to recompile.

 

The button is still showing up. I have no clue where it is coming from. Somehow by adding a country, the cart is pulling this from somewhere besides the validation.tpl in the payment module, but I have no idea where to look.

 

Help, please?

 

Edit: found it. There was another validation.tpl in a sub folder of the payment module. Tricksy!
