Product combinations generator doesn't work

i would really love this feature if it would work for me.

on prestashop demo page it is not there, so i can't reproduce the behaivor what i see in my installation.

 

by me, it delet all manually created attributte and groups and doesnt make new...

 

if somebody of the team is interesting i would give him access to my admin.

 

please help, i really got stuck with this...

Is this not being answered?  I too have EXACTLY the same problem.  I am told that products have been created, but the attributes have clearly not been applied.  It is most infuriating!

 

Please Prestashop team deal with this most urgently!

 

If it is something I am doing wrong then please tell me!!!

check your mysql version, if you have 4, that could be a reason

I have the same problem with prestashop 1.4

It is not my mysql version because I have a other prestashop installation on the same server that does not give a problem.

Has anybody been able to fix this?

I think it has something to do with the mysql tables.

What tables are used to import the product attribute combinations?

I cleared these tables and tryed it but that does not have any effect:

ps_product_attribute
ps_product_attribute_combination

When I emptyd these tables there where still some attributes attached to some products:S

I really don't understand please help!
