Maury Markowitz Posted February 13, 2013 Share Posted February 13, 2013 I'm importing a long list of products, and the first two return an error: AEI CB-16 (ID: 2) cannot be saved Property Product->date_add is not valid There is no date_add in the import file. There are a few date fields, but they are all empty. They are empty in every one of the 400+ other records that work fine. Anyone know what this is referring to? kingsinnersoul Posted May 24, 2013 Share Posted May 24, 2013 I know you asked it abit a while ago, and I am sure you got it solved. But I got the same problem today. The way I solved it was by deleting all the products manually from the BO. Then in the CSV file (using MSO excel) I changed the "Product creation date" column to "text" by selecting the column, right clicking on it, selecting Format Cells, and selecting "text" under Number tab.
