Mynewsletter and statistics

Dear friends,

 

I bought the module mynewsletter and statistic developed by Prestashop team. I don't know why, but the add product button, when clicked, it just doesn't add anything. When I look with firebug what's the error it reports:

I have already written to them but they say it's a server issue and I must ask to my host (which is aruba, in Italy).

 

Maybe someone of you out there knows the solution to this issue, so I just ask you if this sounds familiar to you, and if somebody knows how to fix this.
