invicsa
Hello, I installed prestashop 1.5.3 and inserted a few 100's products. After doing so and trying to add some packs, suddenly all the products within the same category have the same name. For example I have a category with many different lighters, but right now all lighters only have 1 name. I have added a screenshot to visualize the problem. Anyone has had this problem and know how to solve it? Regards, Quincy
vekia
your products have got the same name only in Front Office? or in back office too?
invicsa
Indeed, but the strange thing is in Internet explorer it has sometimes the problem and sometimes not, in google chrome it's always the problem, for both as well in backoffice as in frontoffice... vekia
without backup it is impossible to restore data. Maybe your hosting provider has got something like backups, you should ask them for it - they have got it probably
