Product import with images

I'm new to PS and need to import 60.000 products. Import is tested and works OK. however if I use an URL for the image in the CSV file (same url as where Ps is installed) the images are not uploaded and created.

Can anyone help with correct instructions how to use CSV import that also creates the images
