display a "brand" dropdown item in the Top Navigation Menu Bar

I would like to display a "BRANDS" item in the Top Navigation Menu Bar, with a dropdown with all the brands images.

I don't see an option in the Top Navigation Menu Bar module configuration.

What is the best way to do this ?

It is always possible to code it in the blocktopmenu

There is, but you have to code it by your own.

1- create a new hook function for the blockmanufacturers module (hookDisplayTop)

2- change/create a tpl file that hooks there, and simply use a select box instead of an unordered list
