How set many mail addressee for mail coming from customers

Hi guys, I wanna set 2 or more mail address as receiver of all customer messagges, coming from my site. I checked all BO features but without succesfull. I am able to set many address for orders notifications using "mail alerts module" but not for mails coming from customers. If I have to modify the code, which files I have to work?

Do you mean messages sent from the Contact Us form?

 

By default, on that form customers can select to send the message to the webmaster or to the customer service email. You can change the email addresses for both contacts (or add new ones) from Customers menu>Customers Service sub-menu (in PrestaShop 1.5).

 

In case you use PrestaShop 1.4, you can change those email addresses from Employees tab>Contacts sub-tab.

You can try to forward from your email provider? Either your host has probably function (see cpanel-> forwarders) or if you use gmail/hotmail etc you can forward here.
