help me my order of summary page is not displaying properly

I am tying to solved this on my own but no good. I've installed v1.5.3.1 and everything works fine. Except for the order summary which displayed... as what you can see to my attachment, 5 steps check have the same problem. post-473951-0-25386200-1360060650_thumb.png
