benwiggy Posted February 3, 2013 Share Posted February 3, 2013 Prestashop 1.5.3 keeps flagging errors when I try to import a CSV file of Categories. I either get: [PrestaShopException] Parent category does not exist at line 380 in file classes/Category.php or The ID category cannot be the same as the ID Root category, nor the ID Home category Recordings (ID: 3) cannot be saved The same CSV file worked perfectly on Prestashop 1.3. benwiggy Posted February 4, 2013 Author Share Posted February 4, 2013 Also, I can't actually get to the Control Panel page for entering and editing Categories. I just get a "URL could not be resolved" error. Has the database been corrupted somehow by the incoming data? Is there an easy way to wipe the Categories and start again?
