EU shops, the cookie law died, you no longer have to ask for consent

I don't understand quite exactly what is needed.

I guess we don't need popups or whatever to inform about the use of cookies.

Do we need to inform elsewhere? Like terms and conditions? A cms page?

nope, you don't have to inform about cookies. But you can ofcourse give for your customers information about privacy policy in your store

Interesting ... In Slovenia we have to implement Coockie law from 15. 6. 2013 on. So this news its not for all EU countrys (probably depends from country to country)

you've got absolutely right. many countries in european union still have to respect this law.
