Authorize.net Countries Restrictions is only allowing US. All others show --

I activated my Authorize.net module today in my 1.4.7.3 store. SSL encryption is active and everything. The store is accepting payments from US customers through this module. However, the option to choose any other countries in the restrictions is not available. There is "--" where the check boxes should be.

 

I have all countries selected as active for my PayPal module with no problem too. They all show the proper check boxes.

 

Note that I am using this same auth.net account in a different website store using 1.5.2 with no trouble with the country restrictions.

 

Please help me allow all the other countries.

I tested version authnet 1.3.1 and the restricted countries selection (to make avail) were all there in my back office on 1.4.7.2

 

so I can not recreate the problem.

Removing this line of code in the module appears to enable the country checkboxes in BO, but I cannot confirm payments can be processed yet. I will let you know if it works.
