(SOLVED) PS 1.4.9 on subfolder/subdomain - Cart doesn't work, customer cannot login

Recommended Posts

Greetings, I've tried to install prestashop 1.4.9 on a subfolder and created a subdomain... right now, all works fine, I could upload a 4000 products catalog, installed all needed modules.

All perfect except Products don't end up in the shopping cart and customers can register but no login.

Please, any solutions?

Subdomain is:

sexshop.bateriacompulsiva.com

Greetings and thanks elpatron,

now I see:

Yesterday I tried with Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari on Windows.

On Playbook main browser and Dolphin.

On android tablet generic browser, Opera and Firefox.

On blackberry Opera and generic browser.

Neither of them worked.

Today:

On windows, Chrome does not work. Firefox, Safari and Opera seems to work fine by the moment.

On Playbook main browser does not work but Dolphin yes.

On Blackberry, opera works fine, main browser the same.

On Android tablet. firefox works fine, Opera works fine, main browser gives error(Technicl error: unable to add the product. Details error thrown [object XMLhttprequest] Status Error].

Don't know how to solve!

And one last error:

Bankwire module redirects to main domain (www.bateriacompulsiva.com), instead of subdomain. How ca I solve this?

Sorry for bothering you people, don't know what to do U_U

Note: Yes, Browser cache and cookies erased.

FOUND THE PROBLEM!

The problem is I cannot login to admin through sexshop.bateriacompulsiva.com (it redirects to login page again and again and again).

So I have to log to admin from bateriacompulsiva.com/sexshop/...

When I have logged to backoffice, then frontoffice fails! No matter which internet browser it is

Anybody knows how to solve that?

Note: On android main browser always problem.

elpatron, yep, it was that problem...

Promise me you will laugh as I'm doing so it has been a mess, a ridiculous thing. Now I have to solve about "There are no carriers available that deliver to this address."

Let's do it!

Thanks.
