If try to edit description to: <p>test</p> - update successful, but if we try to add real description, for example Color enhancement, shine and care for red to brown hair. It contributes to a longer-lasting effect of herbal hair colours and cares for the hair. Also the hair’s natural colour can be enhanced. Still, the shampoo is not replacing a hair dye. - we get error 403. All debugging options are on, but no any message given. PS version: 1.5.1 Please, help us... Whispar1 Posted January 24, 2013 Share Posted January 24, 2013 (edited) Add me to the list - 1.5.3.1 I have no problem with adding a description as OP did but my 403 happened in the associations menu Tried removing a product from the featured block in product menu. Under associations, unchecked home then saved... resulted in a 403 error Forbidden You don't have permission to access /******/index.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Edit: Trying to save SEO & Shipping data also produces the same 403 I can add image and save with no 403 error. Whispar1 Posted January 26, 2013 Share Posted January 26, 2013 If you have not already found a solution for this, have your host provider check into their permission.
